Terms of Service

Easy Content Studio provides AI-assisted tools for turning uploaded product photos into polished product imagery suitable for e-commerce and related commercial use. These Terms apply to our website, the application, and any related services, content, or features we provide.

Additional guidelines, product notices, billing terms displayed during checkout, and policies referenced in these Terms may also apply to specific features or subscription plans.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction in order to use the service. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep that information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account unless caused by our own failure to use reasonable security measures. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The service allows users to upload product images, organize work inside projects or folders, generate new outputs through AI-assisted image processing, and manage usage according to the user's plan or subscription.

The service also allows users to place an extracted product into an AI-generated scene or environment described through a text prompt, so the product can be shown in a lifestyle or contextual setting rather than only on a plain background.

We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. Availability may vary by country, subscription tier, technical compatibility, legal requirements, or operational limits.

You retain responsibility for the images, prompts, files, and other content you upload to the service. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful authority needed to upload, process, reproduce, and use that content through Easy Content Studio.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, transmit, process, and transform that content solely as necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service for your use.

You must not upload images that contain identifiable individuals, faces, or other people's personal likeness unless you have all necessary rights and permissions to do so. The service is intended for product imagery, and you are responsible for ensuring that anything you upload does not infringe the privacy, publicity, or personal rights of any individual, corporation or legal entity.

Outputs generated through the service are created with the help of automated systems and may vary from request to request. They may contain errors, unwanted artifacts, inaccurate details, or results that are not suitable for publication without review.

You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before you publish, sell, distribute, advertise, or rely on them. We do not guarantee that outputs will be unique, error-free, merchant-ready, or compliant with every marketplace, platform, or advertising policy.

The images you generate are produced by an AI system and may qualify as artificially generated or manipulated content under applicable law, including Article 50 of the EU AI Act.

You are responsible for disclosing AI use where the platform or marketplace you publish requires it.

The service lets you generate background scenes and environments for your product by providing a text prompt. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and for the scenes you choose to generate, and you must have the right to request and use the resulting imagery.

Generated scenes are artificial. They are illustrative environments created by an AI system and do not represent a real location, setting, event, endorsement, or factual claim about the product. You must not use generated scenes in a way that misleads buyers about what the product is, where it comes from, what it does, or who endorses it.

Because the final image combines your product with an artificially generated environment, it may qualify as artificially generated or manipulated content under applicable law, including Article 50 of the EU AI Act. You remain responsible for reviewing each generated scene before publishing and for disclosing AI use where the platform or marketplace you publish on requires it.

Prompts and generated scenes are also subject to the restrictions in the "Prohibited use" section below.

As between you and us, you retain ownership of the content you upload. Subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any binding third-party provider restrictions that cannot legally be disclaimed, we assign or otherwise permit to you our rights, if any, in the generated outputs created specifically for your account.

You may generally use your generated outputs for commercial purposes, including product listings, online stores, catalogs, social media, and advertising materials, provided your use is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

We retain all rights in the service itself, including our software, branding, design, documentation, site content, and any non-user materials made available through the platform.

You agree to use the service responsibly and in compliance with applicable law. This includes reviewing outputs before publication, maintaining accurate billing and account information, respecting third-party rights, and using the service only for legitimate business or personal purposes.

If you operate in a regulated industry or publish on third-party marketplaces, you remain responsible for checking whether your workflows, disclosures, and final content satisfy your own legal, contractual, and platform-specific obligations.

You may not use the service to:

• upload or generate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content;
• process images or content that you do not have the right to use;
• attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, disable, probe, or interfere with the service, its security, or usage limits;
• scrape, mirror, or reproduce the service except as expressly permitted by us;
• use the service to violate another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or contractual rights;
• resell access to the platform or operate it as a competing hosted service without our written permission;
• submit prompts that request, or generate scenes that depict, real or identifiable people, public figures, or human likenesses;
• request or generate environments that include third-party trademarks, logos, brand elements, copyrighted characters, or recognizable proprietary settings you do not have the right to use;
• generate scenes that misrepresent the product or imply a location, affiliation, certification, sponsorship, or endorsement that does not exist;
• submit prompts intended to produce sexual, violent, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful or harmful content.

Easy Content Studio may offer free plans, paid subscriptions, trials, promotional access, or plan-based image allowances. Plan details, prices, taxes, currencies, and included usage may change over time and will be shown at the point of signup, purchase, or renewal.

Unless we state otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Your plan may include image limits or usage rules, such as higher-resolution generations consuming more than one image unit. Unused monthly allowances generally do not roll over unless we expressly say otherwise.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and any other properly disclosed charges using your selected payment method. Subscription availability may vary by country, including the EU, UK, USA, Canada, and other supported regions.

You may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. Unless we expressly say otherwise at checkout, cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically generate a prorated refund for the current billing period. Paid access usually continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law or where we choose to approve them on a case-by-case basis. If mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction gives you a statutory withdrawal, cancellation, or refund right, that law prevails over these Terms to the extent required.

The service may rely on or integrate with third-party services for authentication, AI processing, storage, analytics, payment processing, email delivery, and infrastructure. Your use of certain third-party features may also be subject to that provider's own terms, policies, or operational limits.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or losses caused solely by third-party services outside our reasonable control, although we will make commercially reasonable efforts to operate the platform reliably.

We aim to provide a stable and reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, upgrades, incidents, demand spikes, abuse prevention measures, or provider outages may affect performance or access.

We may temporarily suspend or limit access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, operational maintenance, or investigation of suspected misuse.

We may also apply automated anti-abuse and security controls, such as rate limiting and verification checks, to sensitive actions like sign-up, sign-in, password reset, uploads, or other high-risk requests, and failed checks or suspected misuse may temporarily block or delay the affected action.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create legal risk, fail to pay fees when due, misuse the platform, or where continued service is no longer commercially or legally feasible.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including sections relating to ownership, billing obligations accrued before termination, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties, representations, and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability, except where such disclaimers are not legally permitted.

We do not guarantee that the service or outputs will meet every creative expectation, business requirement, legal requirement, or marketplace rule that may apply to your use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill arising out of or relating to the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the total amount you paid us for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euro (€100) if you have not paid for the service, unless a higher minimum is required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence applies. The courts of Sofia, Bulgaria will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires a different forum. Consumers in the EU may also be able to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform where available.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date and may also provide notice through the website, inside the application, or by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the revised Terms.
